Kind of an obvious statement, isn't it? Yeah, then it comes and roosts in my backyard. I had lost touch with my littlest step brother, Johnny for a little while. Then, miracles of miracles, I got this email:

Hey Doug.. it is your little brother Johnny. I found your email address quite by accident browsing the net. There are some really interesting things on your most recent post that I would have to say I agree with.. I am a disabled veteran and that is for one reason, government experiments. I was a victim to an experimental anthrax vaccine that causes lupus, ms and many other complications. Since getting sick and stuck at home I got into troop/veteran advocacy and doing some writing of my own. I don't get paid one dime but I work for the Iraq War Veterans Organization which is for the troops and veterans. We also started doing a radio show recently that can be found at www.blogtalkradio.com/veterans. Last week we had a former Senator Mike Gravel (D 1969-1981) who is running for President along with a politician asshole Representative John Hall (D-NY). The one to really listen to is Gravel which is the last half and I think you would enjoy.

So.. a little catch up on me. I am married again and had a baby daughter 10/7/05 named Delilah Grace. Living in Cincinnati Ohio and like I said stuck at home collecting SSDI. The VA has a backlog of over 600,000 claims and the minimum wait for that is 6 months so.. I am waiting for that to kick in. Funny thing is that the government was kind enough to give senior VA officials bonuses up to 33,000 yet they can't do their fucking job.

What the Hell is going on?!?!?! So, now my brother is stuck with these debilitating conditions because of some kind of experiment?!?!?! Yeah, we have such a great government running the show don't we people? Sounds like we might want to get behind Senator Mike Gravel or it will continue to get worse for the brave men and women who fight for your right to read this whiny ass blog in the first place.

And for those government lackeys who's job is to monitor the internet for anything subversive; tell that friggin poor excuse for a president to get out of the war right now! He's already managed to make himself look pretty foolish. And, another thing, historically any president who was elected in a year that ended in zero was either shot at or assasinated. Aren't we overdue?
