Remember "The Ring 2"? Good, feel free to read that review and replace the title with "Dark Water". This is nothing more then a piece of crap covered in the wrapping of a horror film. It was not scary; heck, Herbie, Fully Loaded had more suspense.

The only thing this film does is show why no one should want to live in New York. The rent is too high and the building are haunted. If you want a film that will scare you go rent Army of Darkness or The Evil Dead , just about any of the classic Hammer Horror films with Christopher Lee or Peter Cushing.

But skip this thing and live a longer and happier life.
