Most certainly for Mature Readers
"QUEEN OF HEARTS," Part One
After my great pleasure of reviewing Bomb Queen Vol. 1-4 I was prepared for
a bitter disappointment over the second volume. I figured it would be more of
the same, albeit high quality, manner of work in the first series.
I am happy to say I was wrong and right. Yes, it is much of the same gratuitous
violence of the first series with more then enough sex and 'blue' humor to keep
most fanboys happy; but it also has one heck of a great story.
We have an origin of how Bomb Queen came to be the total bad a&& babe
she is, and how the original team of Four Queens fell apart. With a touch of
"Wanted" and a little of "Justice" this book is starting
out to be one of my favorite series this year.
Yes, we also have lots of cheesecake and even a little beefcake for those of
you interested in beef. But, beyond that is a nifty story about a borderline
psychopath being pushed further and further toward that slippery edge.
Just who is her mysterious guy who is the 'best she has ever had'? Who is he
working for? Just what are his intentions toward our lovely Bomb Queen?
Tune in next issue for more, same explosive publisher, same explosive babe!
